Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We do our best to show each product as accurately as possible. However, small differences in colour may appear due to lighting and screen settings, and packaging or labels may change from time to time. Any such changes do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your order confirmation and receipt are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you created an account, you can also view your past orders and download receipts by logging into your account on abnails.co.uk. If you can’t find your receipt, email us at info@abnails.co.uk with your name and order number.

How can I return an item?

If you need to return a product, please email info@abnails.co.uk first with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Returns are only accepted in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy: items must be completely unused, unopened and in their full original, undamaged packaging, and you are responsible for the return postage unless the product is faulty or misdescribed. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed the return instructions by email.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Many popular items are restocked regularly, but we cannot guarantee a specific product or date. If something is out of stock, you can check back on the Website or follow our social media for restock updates and new arrivals.

Where can you ship my order?

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. If this changes in future, available delivery countries and prices will be shown at checkout on abnails.co.uk.
