How to Use
Insert the bit into a compatible e-file and secure it firmly. For gel or hybrid polish and product removal, work at a medium to high speed, usually around 20,000–35,000 RPM, adjusting to your e-file power and your technique. Use light pressure and keep the bit moving at all times to avoid heat build-up.
