Where we deliver
At the moment we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
If this changes in the future, we will update this page and the checkout.
Processing your order
- We aim to pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible after payment is received.
- You will see available delivery options and prices at checkout before you pay.
- During busy periods, holidays or sales, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the couriers.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- couriers,
- weather conditions,
- strikes,
- or other events outside our control.
Delivery options & tracking
- Delivery options (for example standard / tracked) depend on your location and the courier
services available.
- Where tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number by email once your parcel has
been dispatched.
- Please make sure your name, delivery address, postcode and contact details are entered
correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the
customer.
If your parcel is delayed or marked as “delivered”
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please:
1. Check with people in your household, neighbours or building reception.
2. Look in safe places or collection points where the courier may have left it.
3. If you still can’t find it, contact the courier with your tracking number.
4. Then email us at info@abnails.co.uk with your order number and all details.
We will do our best to help, but:
- we are not responsible for parcels that go missing after the courier has marked them as
delivered;
- we are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect
or incomplete.
Damaged parcels on arrival
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging:
1. Where possible, ask the courier to note that the parcel is damaged.
2. Take clear photos of:
- the outer box/bag (all sides),
- the inner packaging,
- and any damaged product(s).
3. Contact us on the same day you receive the parcel at info@abnails.co.uk with:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- all photos.
If the damage can be seen from the outside, please do not rip open or throw away the packaging
before taking photos and contacting us.
If the outside looks fine but the product inside is damaged or faulty, please:
- photograph everything as soon as you open it,
- keep all packaging and the product,
- email us with the photos and a description as soon as you notice the problem.
